Stud Aim
My secret dream is that, after years of dedicated breeding, I will one day be able to look back with pride and see a line of top-quality small horses—elegant, yet strong in build, with outstanding conformation. Horses that are incredibly humble and resilient, high-performing, and at the same time, empathetic and gentle companions—the kind of horses you long to return to, and whose extraordinary beauty you'll never tire of admiring...
Milada, breeder and owner

It all started by chance—when, after several unsuccessful attempts to have our purebred Arabian mare covered by a selected Arabian stallion, I decided to place her in the herd with Ben. Without stress or transport, she conceived immediately, and years ago, our first Welara foal was born—a Welsh Part-Bred, the combination of a purebred Arabian and a Welsh Cob.
Since Arabians have always played the role of refiners in horse breeding history, known for their strong heterosis effect, I thought it would surely be an interesting horse with potential. But I was pleasantly surprised—it was a colt with an incredibly calm temperament, strong bone structure, and a fantastic head.
From the same pairing, we kept a filly named Lidewij, who shared the same exceptional qualities. After some time, we were incredibly fortunate to acquire a young black Arabian stallion named Elchiero—something I had never even dared to dream of. We also managed to purchase and import a purebred Arabian mare, and that's when I made the final decision: I bred her to our Welsh Cob stallion, Bendig.
In 2017, Elchiero was officially licensed, I got in touch with the American Welara Pony Registry, and we became the first official WELARA breeder in the Czech Republic.
